Squee, complain or dive behind the sofa. Or have a stiff drink on stand-by - as one reviewer said: "Steven Moffat has clearly gone mad. Proper unhinged, woopsie-bonkers, ‘for my next trick I shall invade France’ crackers" (incidentally, that's the best review line ever).
